Какой сейчас проходной балл IELTS для предпринимательской категории (Entrepreneur) ?

Хотелось бы узнать реальные сведения от тех, кто или недавно или сейчас подает документы. На сайте у них как всегда глухо, информация обновляется редко и написана неоднозначно.

Requirements for principal applicants

As a principal applicant you must provide:

A recent International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certificate where you gained an overall band score of 6.5 or over in the IELTS General or Academic Module. The certificate must be less than two years old. (If you were granted a long-term business visa before 20 November 2002 and you’re now applying for residence under our Entrepreneur Category, you need a minimum band score of 4 in each of the four components of the IELTS General or Academic Module)

Выходит для того чтобы приехать достаточно сдать на 4, но для получения резиденства нужно 6.5, я правильно поняла?

Хм, по идее, Entrepreneur Category и Entrepreneur Plus Category, которые описаны по ссылке предоставленной мной выше - это и есть путь к резидентству.
Но если проходить далее, то, действительно, показывает требования IELTS 6.5. Тогда не вижу смысла в таблице с 4.0 баллами. Любопытно, но я точного ответа не нашел.
