Народ, у меня тут недавно проверяли референсы, одному человеку позвонили, второму недозвонились, по этому послали емайл, а он мне форварднул.
Собственно выкладываю эти вопросы тут как пример, так как мне кажется, что многие смогут для себя много полезного почерпнуть :)

What was your working relationship with him/her (e.g. Manager Colleague, Subordinate, Customer)? Have you worked with them the entire time they were there?

Please give me an overview of their role, including their duties and responsibilities?

What are you overall impressions of him/her?

What would be one or two of their key strengths?

What areas do they require development or are not so strong in?

How are their verbal / written communication skills?

How did you find their level of technical competency and knowledge?

How did they go about learning new things and applying them in their work?

How was their attention to detail and accuracy?

Can you please tell me about their ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines?

How did they relate to others of all levels – including colleagues, bosses, subordinates and customers?

How was his/her time keeping, attendance, use of leave?

Did they suffer from any work related injury e.g. OOS, back problems?

To your knowledge has his/her honesty or integrity ever been questioned?

What was their reason for leaving / why do they want to leave?

Given the opportunity would you choose to rehire him/her?

Is there anything further that you would like to comment on that may be relevant and that we haven’t covered?
