Вопрос:
F12. Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of the areas of absolute skills shortage?
PLEASE NOTE: You cannot claim these bonus points unless:
  • you have a qualification relevant to your occupation as specified in column four of the Long Term Skill Shortage List; or
  • you have skilled employment in New Zealand in an area of absolute skills shortage and the specialist, technical or managerial expertise required for that employment was obtained through the completion of this qualification.
У нас на форуме написано, что очки дают за нахождение in one of the areas of absolute skills shortage.
А теперь получается, что всё-таки не дают? Или эти 2 условия (have a qualification relevant to your occupation и you have skilled employment in New Zealand) связаны союзом "или"?
