"Не сгорает" это уже весомый аргумент. Это вы сейчас не собираетесь уезжать, а за 2 года планы могу измениться. Из самого банального - предложили работу в другой стране. Итого 2 выхода: не ехать, пока не получите PR или ехать и смыть в унитаз все усилия.А какие бенефиты у permanent визы? Кроме того что она "не сгорает" если надолго уехать из НЗ?
т.е. есть ли причинa стараться получить ее как можно скорее, если ближайшие пару лет не планируешь покидать НЗ?

Это просто список компаний, которые захотели регулярно брать себе офшоров без особых проблем, вот цитата из Immigration guide for employersoff топика, но интересный у них этот список. мэйнзил уже больше полгода как в ликвидации, а вот смотри-ка все еще в списке.
знаю еще парочку компаний из списка по которые наводят на мысли о том как же получается такая аккредитация....

Talent work visa category. This is a good option when you’d like to be able to hire several
staff over a period of time. This category allows people to gain a resident visa after

The Talent (Accredited Employer) work instructions require that prospective employees
meet any occupational registration requirements in their industry, are aged 55 years
or under, will be paid a salary of at least NZ$55,000, have a job offer of at least 30
hours a week for two years or more, and meet our standard immigration health and
character requirements.
To become an accredited employer you need to apply to immigration New Zealand
and show that your business is in a sound financial position, has a high standard of
human resources policies and processes, is committed to employing and training
New Zealanders, that you comply with immigration and employment law and are a good
employer. Employers are accredited for twelve months at a time.
Once accredited and when you have found staff, you need to make them a job offer that
complies with the conditions as above to support their application.

Т.е. если у вас зарплата между 55 и 90, и вы подаетесь по Talanted вам сначала дадут WTR визу. Отработав как раб на галерах12 лет2 года вы получите R визу.
Если больше 90к, то сразу PR.
3 месяца это общее условие.3 месяца это через SMC, 2 года это через WTR.

Compliance with section 49(1) conditions
It is important that you read and understand all the following information.
If you are granted a resident visa on the basis that you qualify for points for an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand, or you have been in skilled employment in New Zealand for less than three months, you are subject to the following conditions.
• If you have an offer of skilled employment, you must take up that offer of skilled employment within three months of being granted your first resident visa, and remain in that employment (or another position of employment that meets the requirements for offers of skilled employment including requirements for bonus points if the offer of employment qualified for bonus points), for a period of at least three months, or
• If you have been in skilled employment in NewZealand for less than three months, you must remain in that employment (or another position of employment that meets the requirements for current skilled employment including requirements for bonus points if the employment qualified for bonus points), for a period of at least three months, and
• You must inform INZ of your residential address and any changes to that address while you are subject to those requirements, and
• You must submit evidence to INZ that within five years of being granted your first resident visa, the requirements set out above were met.
These conditions are imposed under section 49(1) of the Immigration Act 2009.
If you have a partner or child accompanying you, they will also have requirements imposed upon them that reflect your requirements.
Non-compliance with section 49(1) conditions
If you do not demonstrate, to the satisfaction of INZ, that you have met the conditions imposed under section 49(1) of the Act, you and the any accompanying partner or dependent child may become liable for deportation under section 159(i) of the Immigration Act 2009.
Permanent Residence часто употребляется просто в смысле что человеку разрешено жить в стране неограниченно, чему обычная R виза и удовлетворяет.Кому верить?
Выше же пишут, что получили PRВообще, за три месяца PR никак не урвать через Talent, ибо получать её всё равно придётся по линии WTR после 2 лет работы. Даже если податься на SMC, получится обычная R.

Я думаю что особое доверие имми к работодателю вылилось лишь в ускоренную выдачу резы, но не в бытие её настоящей PR 🙂аппрув по ПР пришел через 2 недели (работодатель из списка особо доверенных ИНЗ)
