In this section we recognise the importance of skills and experience gained through your previous employment that:

 • are readily transferable; and
 • will enable you to get skilled employment in New Zealand; and
 • will help you to contribute to New Zealand socially and economically.
Please provide the following details about the recognised work experience for which you are claiming points. For more information, see the Help for this page, or read Sections SM11, SM12 and SM13 of the Skilled Migrant Category Instructions.
Please note: If you do not have current skilled employment in New Zealand or an offer of skilled employment in New Zealand or if your work experience is not in an area of absolute skills shortage, you can only qualify for points for your work experience if it is recognised, and was gained legally in a labour market that is comparable to New Zealand.

List of Qualifications

Manjari, raindog
F15 Are you claiming points for a qualification in one of the areas of absolute skills shortage?
you have a qualification relevant to your occupation as specified in column four of the Long Term Skill Shortage List;
ICT Customer Support Officer.
