max 3 месяца на подать доки на WTR.
max 3 месяца на въезд после получения WTR.
по приезду ставят раб. визу на 9 месяцев.

Как я понял ( надеюсь что ошибаюсь ) deferral period ( up to 9 month) уже начался (в момент отказа в PR ) и следоватьльно время работает против меня.

Жду разъяснений от CMS officer.

А по электронке уведомили в ответ на ваш запрос? или это у них порядок такой в том числе и по электронке уведомлять?

Пока все официальные доки я получал сначала по электронке- обычная почта догоняла

Не беспокойтесь, отсчет тикает с момента активации визы в НЗ, то есть получения пермита

2 документа заполнить + паспорт+ доказательство что есть деньги на жизнь в размере 1000$ x 3 month for each person (if no accommodation arranged ).

Буду очень рад если Вы окажитесь правы- это меняет дело в корне.

А на ПР сколько денег требуют доказать? на 2 года?

If you are out of New Zealand, you will get a work to residence visa which will allow you to travel to New Zealand within three months. On arrival, or if you are already in New Zealand, you will be granted a nine-month work permit.

это я видел... но тут не слова о том что доки на PR будут ждать.

что то я запуталась 🙁 а можно все письмо хотя бы в личку.....

по вашему получается дословно
у вас не пишут ни слова про ВТР ... хотя я в этом не спец.. вам получается написали что просто примут решение по ПР в течение 9ти месяцев, но на это время вы можете получить Ворк визу которая и докажет им окончательно что вам нужно дать ПР...

INVITATION TO APPLY FOR WORK TO RESIDENCE VISA

Thank you for attending the Skilled Migrant interview. The assessment on whether you can demonstrate an ability to realise your potential to successfully settle and contribute to New Zealand was based on:
- information obtained during the interview with you and your partner; and
- all other information contained in your application for residence; and
- any further verification of your application (including information provided at the interview)

The assessment of the information gathered during your interview, and from the information contained in your application, included consideration of the following factors:
- your employment prospects; and
- your familiarity with New Zealand and preparedness for settlement and, where relevant, your partner and dependent children included in your application; and
- your linkages and support in New Zealand through networks and family.

We are pleased to inform you that you and your partner are invited to apply for a Work to Residence Visa. Furthermore, you are welcome to apply for student/visitor visa (whichever is applicable) for your child(ren) that is/are included in the residence application. If your child/children wish to visit New Zealand during the deferral period, please select applying for a visitor visa. If your child/children wish to study in New Zealand during the deferral period, please select applying for a student visa.

We have determined that you have demonstrated you can realise your potential to successfully settle in and contribute to New Zealand, and a decision on your application for residence has been deferred for a period of up to nine months. During that nine-month period you may be issued or granted a Work Visa or Work Permit to allow you to demonstrate the ability to settle in and contribute to New Zealand by establishing yourself in skilled employment in New Zealand.

For your application for a Work to Residence visa to be accepted, it must be received (together with all of the specified accompanying documents) within three months from the date of this letter.

§ A completed Work to Residence application (Please print the application form attached and post the completed application form to our office);
§ A completed “Additional Details From” (Please print the form attached and post the completed form to our office);
§ Evidence of sufficient funds for the maintenance and accommodation of you (and) any accompanying family members for a period of at least three months in New Zealand, AND for the purchase of an outward ticket from New Zealand for yourself (and) any accompanying family members;
§ Courier fees (if you wish your documents to be returned by courier) of US$25 which must be paid by way of money order OR bank draft made payable to the New Zealand Immigration Service. Please note that bank drafts in US dollars must include a bank fee of US$10;
§ Original, valid passports of you and your family.


Note: If validity of your passport is less than the deferral period, you would have to apply for a transfer of label once new passport is obtained or current passport is renewed. Cost of transferring label is US$45 for each client.

Please be noted that before you submit your WTR application, please make sure all the requested documents have been provided otherwise we will have to return your application fail lodgement.

If your application for a Work to Residence visa is declined, you will not be liable to pay for migrant levy fee. There is no lodgement fee required for this Work to Residence application.

If you have any queries please contact our office and quote the application number.

что-то я не допонял. ну да, отложили решение на 9 месяцев и дают возможность получить ВТР. а если не заполнять, то что? пошлют на все 4 стороны? Ведь тут написано, что вы можете подавать на ВТР. но нигде не написано, что если не подадите, то мы вам откажем. или это подразумевается?

видимо да 🙁 раз прислали прям инвитейшен на ВТР ......

в общем получается как ни крути, что вам нужно подаваться на ВТР.. хоть они и пишут что вы MAY подать доки, но думаю, если не подадите, ПР вам точно не дадут 🙁
в принципе сейчас то вы точно ничего не теряете - у вас 3 месяца чтоб подать доки, потом 3 месяца на въезд и после этого 9 месяцев на поиски работы (ибо если в последний месяц работу найдете - ВТР вам продлят)

тут конечно дело ваше, но по крайней мере доки бы я подала - сейчас у вас до въезда пол года получается ... есть время подумать и все взвесить. опять же можно попробовать работу поискать

нет не может быть
1. у вас в вашем письме написано что вы должны доки прислать на ВТР в течение 3х месяцев. т.е. по идее вы можете подождать 2.5 месяца и выслать им все - вот вам 3 месяца
2. визу тоже не сразу дадут - пусть месяц
3. потом мы ссылку вам дали - там четко написано что дается 3 месяца на въезд
4. в этой же ссылке 9 месяцев на поиск работы
 
Судя по всему причина все в том же кризисе... и нежелании плодить бенефитчиков. Отложили и дали возможность обустроиться по ВТР. Получится - получите ПР, не получится - ПР не дадут. Скорее это тренд такой - будут еще прецеденты, значит 100%.
Я бы на Вашем месте быстро собирал вещи попутно рассылая резюме и использовал эти 9 месяцев по максимуму, чтобы показать "potential to successfully settle in and contribute to New Zealand"...
Про детей как-то абстрактно - Вы не подавали детей?
