Process improvements i.e. daily health checks and proactive alerting. Policy and architecture decisions related to the core infrastructure environment.
Mandatory:
•A minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft
Windows Server – 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2
• Experience in Administration, configuration,
fault diagnosis and firmware of HP Blades and
enclosures.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in Citrix
Presentation server – 4.5 and above
•Experience of system monitoring and
management tools (HP ICE, MS Ops Manager,
CiscoWorks)
•Experience of managing and configuration
VMware environments – ESX 3.5 and 4.x
•Experience with HP EVA SANs
• Experience of managing Cisco network
environments.
•Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
•Excellent customer service focus
•Experience of working in a high availability 24/
7/365 environment
Preferred:
•Relevant tertiary qualification (MCSE, VCB,
CCNA)
•Experience of managing a Microsoft AD
environment.
•Experience of managing a Microsoft
exchange environment.
