Dealing with end user devices - desktop computers, laptops, tablets, Winterms, printers, smart phones, video conferencing, presentation equipment. Software side includes enterprise applications such as MS Outlook and infrastructure systems such as Active Directory.
The work includes break-fix, problem analysis, machine imaging, application installation, desktop moves, desktop management, vendor liaison and technical consulting services.The successful candidate will be highly customer focussed with a strong technical background, passionate about technology and familiar with the process requirements of a large corporate organisation, have at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience with SCCM, Citrix, Lotus Notes and Remedy would be an added advantage.
