"Липовые" предложения о сдаче жилья.

Всего пару дней назад зарегистрировался на nzflatemates, а уже получил два "отличных" предложения.

Ниже я привожу их, а кому лень читать -- первое от доброго миссионера, которого отослали в африку, и который ищет человека, для присмотра за домом. Для него главное -- "чтоб человек был хорошим", поэтому и цена такая не высокая

Второе -- от стюардессы, которая готова зарезервировать квартиру к моему приезду.

Причем, судя по IP-шнику, оба пришли из славного города Лагоса, что в Нигерии.

... тут идет длинный аппликайшн форм, в которой он просит прислать, по-мимо всего прочего, и скан ID, а последний вопрос в этом списке:

Да, я тоже такое получал, с этого же сайта.
Мне кажется, nzflatemates бесполезны. На трейдми вариантов больше, и они бесплатны.

потом попросят перевести деньги за аренду, и бонд с помощью WU, а потом якобы придет брат и принесет ключи, никогда никуда не посылайте деньги или товар, который хотите продать, так же могут присылать липовый пэйпал, мол оплачено. ---все это кидалово 100%, негры так промышляют.

И моей жене вот с этого share-accommodation.co.nz сайта такое же письмо пришло, когда я ещё в России был.
Она обрадовалась, а я чувствую, дело не чисто, вместо пусть 250 в неделю, 600 в месяц, да ещё в центре, и бонд 700...
Вот выдержка из письма:

Кстати у них похоже этот бизнес на поток поставлен, потом в последующих письмах они уже путаться начали, сначала речь шла, что нужно встретиться с папой, потом с дядей...
А что, пару лопухов найдёт, на год обеспечен. Я IP-шник не смотрел, но думаю от туда же.
Так что, поокуратнее, с бесплатным сыром...
