Расторжение трудового договора после получения рабочей (SFPE в частности) или резидентской (категория SMC) визы?

Не будет ли аннулирована рабочая виза (Silver Fern Practical Experience, например, которая выдаётся чётко на срок текущего контракта) в случае его расторжения? Типа там место работы сменить, или место жительства... Отдельный вопрос про резидентскую визу - есть там какие-то обязательства отработать какое-то время по заявленной специальности?

пардон, про резидентсткую сам нашёл:

Resident visa conditions
If you were granted a resident visa, you must still meet some requirements to ensure you remain a New Zealand resident.

• If you gained points for an offer of skilled employment, you must take that job up within three months of your first entry into New Zealand. You must also stay in that job for at least three months and provide us with evidence to have conditions lifted.
• If you gained points for already having a skilled job that you have held for less than three months, you must stay in the job for a minimum of three months.

что-то начитался вопросов, тысячу раз пережёванных, которые в последнее время на форуме сыпятся, и сам по инерции решил спросить то, что следует узнавать в первоисточнике )))

по поводу SFPE послал запрос в INZ, однако если кому-нибудь есть, что ответить, исходя из собственного опыта - велкам )

Thank you for contacting us.

If the person cancel's their current employment while holding Silver Fern Practical Experience Visa, they will therefore, have to obtain a new visa and will need to apply again providing evidence of new employment and be able to meet all the requirements under the Silver Fern Practical Experience Visa instructions again.
The client will need to hold an offer of skilled employment, and that employment is for a term of at least 12 months.


You will need to submit a whole new application in, with all the relevant document's for new employment.
