Сегодня подал на PAR диплом с IT профилем. Заочное обучение.
Но ситуация у меня немного необычная, есть нестандартные документы.
Когда заполнял форму - указал study mode - full time.
Так же указал опыт работы до получения диплома, так же full time.
После подачи заявки написал в NZQA такое письмо:
Good day,
I want to notice you with some additional details about my
qualification and study mode.
I have a Certificate of Recognition which has been issued by
EduProject LLC, 2020 Pennsylvania AVE NW, Washington D.C., 20006-1811,
U.S.A
It says that The Deegre of 'Bakalavr' issued by the Modern Academy for
the Humaties is recognized, will be generally accepted and give an
access to the systems of education at the same level as in the Russian
Federation in the countries mentioned bellow, according to the
criteria and standards of the European National Information Centres
(ENIC) programme of the Council of Europe, the National Academic
Recognition and Information Centres (NARIC) programme of the European
Commission and the Unesco Centre for Higher Education:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, New Zealand, United
Kingdom and many others countries.
It also says:
For quality assurance purposes and to ensure the continuous
improvement and excellence of the educational services provided, the
Modern Academy for the Humanities uses the approach of the European
Foundation for Quality Management.
I also have a Diploma Supplement which has been developed following
the model by UNESCO-CEPES, Council Europe and European Commission and
according to the ECTS recommendation and standards.
It says:
Name of qualification and title conferred is Bachelor of Computer
Science and Computer Engineering
Official length of study is 4 years in full time mode (240 ECTS credits)
Level of qualification is Bachelor, 4-year study in full time mode
after receiving Secondary School Certificate
It also says that the mode of study was extra-mural.
Want to notice you that I have been accepted to the second year of
studying at the Modern Academy for the Humanities.
Посмотрим что будет, подтвердят ли ? Зачтут ли опыт ? Время покажет, отсчет 20 рабочих дней начался.

Да, у меня второе высшее заочно, никаких проблем с подтверждением не было, хотя я специально подчеркнул что заочное, в дипломе есть количество часов по каждой дисциплине, главное чтобы оно было достсточным для бакалавра.

Pre-assessment Result:
On the information available, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) assesses this qualification as comparable to the learning outcome of a qualification at Level 7 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework.
По предварительному заключению - дали Level 7

Мой визовый офицер (англичанин) всегда писал Good day, good afternoon и т.п. Я ему писал сначала Dear (имя), а потом тоже решил гудморнингами отвечать...
