У меня все это время сумма была захолдирована, но не снята. Сегодня пришло письмо счастья и деньги были сняты.

Т.е. копии нотариально заверенные, а перевод на оф бланке надежной конторы, так?

просто штамп или подпись переводчика должна быть. Про нотариуса тут ничего не сказано.

как много букв! не парьтесь, просто делаете перевод с контактами агентства переводов\переводчика, подписью и печатью. никакого нотариуса не надо! проверено на личном и чужом опыте.
ЗЫ. Сколько можно эту тему мусолить, одно да потому. Можно же не полениться и прочитать предыдущие дискуссии, пьтфу.

Нет, почему заверенные? Скинула цитату, думала, так будет проще. Но если нет, то могу своими словами.

Из личного опыта: идем в обычное бюро переводов, говорим, что надо, чтобы на переводе были реквизиты компании, в моем случае они ставили печать бюро и писали название компании и контактную информацию, переводчик расписывался в конце. Также мне удалось у них выпросить бланк (иными словами, нижний колонтитул), в котором было написано про образование переводчика, а также то, что он знает в совершенстве русский и английский и что он отвечает за то, что перевод им был сделан корректно. Колонтитул выглядел примерно так: Я, ФИО, паспортные данные, образование, должен говорить только правду, в ином случае буду нести ответственность перед законом, .... заявляю письменно о следующем:
1. I translated this document, a copy thereof is attached, and the translation is correct.
2. I speak Russian and English fluently.
3.All the above is true.

я вообще в какую то шарашку ходил, дал им свой вариант перевода для проверки, помог "недалекой" администраторше сделать колонтитул. Т.е. все сделал сам, не знаю за что деньги платил, видимо за печать.
Суть в том, что ваш перевод должен выглядеть официально, ну вроде как бы вы его не сами перевели.

Меня больше волнует отодвинут ли они крайний срок приёма документов или нет.
 
Тоже получил рефанд и письмо.
Теперь ждём инструкцию по повторной оплате)
