Сама читала эти исследования. (прошу обратить внимание - именно исследования (с датами, цифрами и т.д.), а не то, что в своей книге написа... булшит это, а не исследования.
Не надо смешивать популярные статьи/книги и специальные научные работы. Книги бывают сугубо научные, рассчитанные на коллег-специалистов, а бывают научно-популярные, которые рассчитаны на широкий круг людей. В них более просто и коротко изложено то, что написано в учебниках и научных исследованиях. В конце книги обычно идет список использованной литературы, к которому всегда можно обратиться, если хочется подробностей.
Семечки/бобы - это протеины, без которых организм не может полноценно функционировать. Плюс микроэлементы в дополнение.
